Experiment with the bright colors of Alcohol Ink! Try different techniques of adding ink & alcohol to make your own abstract creation. I will also demonstrate techniques to decorate your very own trinket shell dish. Each student receives 3 oyster shells to paint in class.

March at the arts council brings local alcohol ink artists, Jennifer Lex Wojnar, Catherine Houghton and Julie Cargill together for a group exhibition. Their exhibition, "Imagininks" will display the artists works with alcohol ink on various mediums. ​In conjunction with the featured show, the open show, "Edibles" will hang in the back gallery. Light refreshments will be available for you to enjoy and music for the evening will be provided by Ricky Holbrook. This is a free and family friendly event. CCAC is accessible to all.

I will be offering the 1st ever Alcohol Ink A La Carte Class at the Cecil County Arts Council. What do I mean by A La Carts? For $20, regisiter for eith half day or all day and bring a piece you have been working on at home and need some help with or a bring a project you didn’t finish in class. I will have all my inks and sprays here to use and I will be there to you complete you projects. Don’t have a project or finish up your project… that’s okay. I will have be selling extras from past classes at an A La Carte price. I will be there to give short demos and to help. Stay all day or just come for half a day. I will be taking a 1 hour lunch break… feel free to bring your lunch or come join me at on if Elkton’s local restaurants. I look forward to you Joining me in a fun day of Alcohol ink at the beautiful Cecil County Arts Council Gallery.

We will be designing and making our decorative Gourd Earrings or pendents using Alcohol Ink. You will get to decided have detailed or abstract you would like to make your earrings or pendents. Each student receives pre cut gourd shaped for earrings. (Please note that the earring are fish hooks). Because they are cut from gourds they make very light weight earrings. A glass of wine of your choice and snack are included.
